4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, is the consent of the individual.

The purposes of processing personal data are:
– To provide Naamisuvanto Fishing Resort’s services through digital channels.
– To send marketing communications to those who have given their consent to receive them.

5. Data Content of the Register

The register may contain the following information:
– Information and preferences provided by the person concerning the offered service
– Name
– Street address
– Postal code
– City or locality
– Country
– Telephone number
– Email address
– Possible permission to send marketing messages

6. Regular Sources of Information

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer via web forms at:

7. Regular Disclosure of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA

Data is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Data may be published only if agreed upon with the customer. Data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).

8. Principles of Register Protection

The processing of the register is carried out with due care, and data processed through information systems is properly protected. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is appropriately ensured.

The controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other critical information related to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes such duties.

9. Right of Access and Right to Rectification

Every person in the register has the right to access their stored personal data and request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.
If a person wishes to check their stored data or request corrections, the request must be sent by email to the data controller. The controller may, if necessary, request the person to verify their identity.

The controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (normally within one month).

10. Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data

A person included in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data (“right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other rights under the GDPR, such as restricting the processing of their personal data in certain situations.

Requests must be sent by email to the data controller. The controller may, if necessary, request the person to verify their identity. The controller will respond within the timeframe set by the GDPR (normally within one month).

Cookie Policy

Cookies are set on the user’s device only in connection with the website the user visits. Only the server that sent the cookie can later read or use it. Cookies or similar technologies do not harm the user’s device or files, and they cannot be used to run programs or spread malware. The user cannot be identified solely by means of cookies.
